These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona and the federal laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. If any provision of these Terms is held unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
