This Privacy Policy describes how Financial Examinations & Evaluations, Inc. (“FEE Inc,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with www.burkefiles.com (the “Site”). The Site is a static informational website. It has no user accounts, no contact forms, no newsletter sign-ups, no comment sections, and no e-commerce. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we do not display third-party advertising on the Site.

The only personal information we receive through the Site is what you choose to send us yourself — for example, when you email lbf@feeinc.com or call . We use that information solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you engage us, to provide our services. The Site links to third-party websites (for example, LinkedIn and websites of our team members). Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we do not control. Review their policies before providing them with information.

Aggregate analytics data is retained according to the retention settings of the services described above. Correspondence you send us is retained as long as needed to handle your inquiry or as required for legal and professional obligations. We take reasonable measures appropriate to a firm in the risk management profession to protect information in our possession.

The Site is a professional services website not directed at children. Consistent with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13.
